Can a physician give a seminar that will in turn give his side business more referrals?
I work at a non-profit hospital and there is a podiatrist that will be giving a %26quot;foot care%26quot; seminar. Well they happen to own a retail store that sells shoes and foot care products, etc. Now on the fliers for this seminar their store logo is printed on it with pictures of inside their store. Now is this violating any laws, I would like to bring something up to my manager, but I wanted to see what you guys thought. Obvisously, they want referrals to their store either for the employees to come or for the employees to refer patients to the store.... but at a non-profit hospital to post their logo...?

Has anyone started a small health care/laboratory product distribution company. As you know the health care/ and the laboratory supplies industry product distribution is to a great extend controlled by big companies. However i believe that there is a possible market out there, especially with the growing numbers of baby boomer and diseases. I am still just think a bout the concept and just started doing some market research, i have a very long way to go. But i was wondering whether there is anyone out there that has been in my shoes before and now has a small company running within a few provinces/states. I just would like to know how were you able to find a supplier that had no distribution in your area. And possible if you can give your prospective of how i should start this.

I have started working at home selling health care plans but not supplies. I have seen a big success with this. I am not sure about your area but in mine there are a lot of people without insurance for various reason. Some can not afford it some have been turned down for medical reasons etc... and with our plan NO ONE is turned down, there is no deductible, no preexisting conditions, no copay etc.. because it is a discount plan. We are about to enter the most significant patent expiration cycle in the U.S. drug industry. While that%26#039;s a negative for the drug companies, it%26#039;s positive for the distributors because they make more money distributing a generic drug than the branded counterpart. We will see better-than-expected earnings growth for the distributors.

Where to get plain old leather dress shoe conditioner?
Everything I read about leather shoe care says it should be done in 3 separate steps. 1. Clean, 2. condition, 3. polish and 4. waterproof. I have read that the best way to do this is using 4 separate products instead of a combination of the above.
This is fine and I want to do this, but I cannot find these products separately. Every condition I find is a conditioner, waterproofer and polisher in one.
Can someone please tell me where I can buy these products a standalone items and does anyone recommend a particular brand or type? Theses are for my dress shoes and not work shoes or boots.

I adore suede shoes/boots. When you first buy them, get yourself a can of suede protector spray. It helps keep them in shape. After each wear, brush them with a suede brush. This helps keep them free from dust and grime. Most brushes have a special rubber toothed edge. You use this carefully on spots that are grime.
Each time I buy something suede, I also buy suede shoe dye in the same color. When the shoes start to get a bit off color, the dye will make them come to life.
I have shoes that are 3 years old and still look like new.
DO NOT USE regular shoe dye on them. They will be ruined.
